Mars is spending the first 6 months of 2010 in your time out zone, so you may be feeling a bit reclusive, wanting to spend time alone or recuperating. For some of you this is a time of preparation with a lot of activity going on behind the scenes, waiting until you are ready for action in June 2010 onwards when Mars crosses your ascendant.

The meeting of Jupiter and Uranus in your eighth house marks a watershed year, where major transformational events are likely to occur as you begin a new cycle. From early Summer onwards, major changes are on the cards and can affect any area of your life as the wheel of fortune makes a new turn. Changes that occur may be challenging or unexpected yet positive in their outcome as you will need to adapt to new circumstances and go with the flow.

With Saturn moving through your sign over the last 2 years, many Virgo’s have had a tough time on a personal level. A rather introspective time, many of you have been trying to figure out who you are and your health may have suffered too. Hopefully in 2010 now that Saturn has moved into Libra, things can only get better and you should start to feel the weight lifted from your shoulders. Saturn does dip back into Virgo between April and July 2010, but only affects those born between 16th and 24th September.

In particular relationships have been quite challenging over the last year, but hopefully you have made the necessary adjustments in your personal relationships as they couldn’t go on as they were. Expansive Jupiter moves into your relationship zone during the first half of 2010, smoothing things over and enabling relationships to work on a better footing for most of you. However, if things are irreconcilable, Jupiter may indicate a parting of the ways. For those unattached Virgos new relationships are on the horizon. Breakthroughs in your personal and intimate relationships are a key theme for 2010 as both Jupiter and Uranus get together in your intimacy zone. It’s time to breathe new life into existing relationships, get rid of the deadwood and old ways of relating and get closer to your partner. It is time to adapt to new circumstances in your most intimate relationships as some relationships move up a gear and you can take them to the next level.

The focus of your attention also turns to your material resources and finances this year. With Saturn, Uranus and Jupiter moving into your money sectors it is a good time to reorganise your personal finances as you may have to adapt to new financial circumstances. Changes and/or adjustments relating to shared resources and commitments you have are likely and this can relate to loans, mortgages, investments and your partners income. It is important that your joint income is shared fairly and equally, so you may have to compromise around any money issues. Your attitude towards money and what you spend it on may change but can also be at odds with your partner. On a more positive note, with Jupiter in your money house from June 2010, windfalls are possible so buy a lotto ticket. It’s also a good time to take out a loan or mortgage, make an investment or pool your resources with another. Your partner’s income may also increase too.

With the move of Pluto into your creative zone, children may become a greater focus as they force major readjustments in your life. Some of you may get pregnant and have a baby, whilst others find their children a challenge, as issues to do with control arise. Any personal creative endeavours or hobbies can be pursued with a lot of determination.

For those born between 16 – 23 Sept, you may be feeling restless and want to make some changes externally but also within yourself. There is a feeling that you want to break away from many of the things that your life has been structured upon as they feel oppressive and this can result in changes at home, work or in relationships.
